Roller Regrinding & Recovering
We can cover new rollers, strip and re-cover existing rollers or manufacture complete rubber covered rollers including the fabricated steel or aluminum drum and shaft. Our engineering unit has a highly skilled workforce and advanced CNC milling and turning equipment offering the capability to manufacture high quality steel rollers, roller components and roller assemblies. We have an extensive range of roller covering equipment including autoclaves, manual and CNC turning equipment.

Damaged rollers can cause costly delays in production. That's why our roller regrinding and recovering service is here to help. We specialise in conveyor, finishing equipment, material handling, packaging, printing, varnishing, folding, and laminating rollers. Our experts will repair and restore your rollers, ensuring that they are back to their original specifications.
Pulley Lagging & Grooving

For customers that require a roller manufactured from new. Our ability to complete pulley lagging & grooving projects in house ensures we can control quality from beginning to end. You can provide the steel core and we will build and cover the roller up to your required specification.
